Buckwheat Bread

Equipment

  • narrow and long baking tray

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 3 cup buckwheat flour

Instructions
 

  • First, whip the eggs. Add the liquid ingredients.
  • Then add the dry ingredients. Mix them well.
  • Put some sesame seeds on top and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
