Buckwheat Bread

Equipment
- narrow and long baking tray
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3 cup buckwheat flour
Instructions
- First, whip the eggs. Add the liquid ingredients.
- Then add the dry ingredients. Mix them well.
- Put some sesame seeds on top and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
