Leek pie

This recipe is one of my favourites. I love doing it because it is so easy and nutritious and delicious. Hope you will agree with me!

Leek pie

  • 1 shallow baking tray


  • 3 thin leeks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup hard goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cup buckwheat flour


  • First, wash and dry your leeks and cut them in thin slices. It is important that leeks are dry.Put them in a bowl and mix them well with lemon juice and tomato paste.
  • Add to the leeks first liquid ingredients. Activate the baking soda with vinegar. Add to the mixture.
  • Then add the dry ingredienst to the mixture.mix everything well.
  • Pour the mixture to your baking tray and garnish with sesame seeds. bake at 160 degrees for at least an hour.
