Day 1 to 4

The first 4 days are to learn what the program consists of and how to implement it.

We will also get everything ready for you: we will set up your kitchen and do the shopping for all the basic ingredients that we are going to use for the next three weeks.

You will get a shopping list from me and tips on where to buy ingredients and what you should pay attention to while doing your shopping.

3 Weeks

In these 3 weeks, we will implement what we have learned and we will gain sustainable healthy eating habits and exercise routines.

We will focus on your person with a holistic approach, not only looking at your body and mind but also at your spirituality and sense of belonging.

As these 3 weeks are about your self-care and wellbeing, we will also learn the importance of stress management and sleeping routine in your life choices.

3 Weeks

In these 3 weeks, we will implement what we have learned and we will gain sustainable healthy eating habits and exercise routines.

We will focus on your person with a holistic approach, not only looking at your body and mind but also at your spirituality and sense of belonging.

As these 3 weeks are about your self-care and wellbeing, we will also learn the importance of stress management and sleeping routine in your life choices.

You will have my constant support

You will not be left alone while implementing the program. I will constantly assist and support you during the whole journey.

We will be constantly in touch as a group with Whatsapp also and individually during weekly zoom meetings.

In our zoom meetings, we will focus on health, circadian rhythm, intermittent fasting, functional eating, and more. We will also talk about my philosophy, holistic view, bio-individuality, and primary food.

Healthy and sustainable means without sugar (SF) and gluten (GF), only healthy fats and quality proteins (FP) together with colorful fruits and seasonal veggies (FV).

As we are talking about your self-care and health, a good sleeping routine and learning how to manage stress (SM) are part of your healthy living habits as well.
