Shrimp salad

Shrimp salad with goat cheese is my mom’s recipe and is very much loved also in my family. A great dish to serve also your guests.

  • 1 pot
  • 1 serving plate


  • 1 kg shrimp
  • 3 lemon
  • cherry tomatos
  • goat cheese
  • green onion
  • parsley


  • First put shrimps in a pot and add half of lemon and bring them to boil. Usually in 5 minutes, they are cooked. Then leave them to cool and peel. Cut them in half if they are big shrimps. Put the shrimps in your serving plate.
  • Meanwhile chop green onions and parsley finely. And cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Add your greens,tomatos and cheese to your shrimps.
  • Make a sauce with lemon juice, olive oil and little salt since goat cheese is salty enough.
  • Mix them all well and enjoy your salad.


This is a yummy and nutritious and healthy salad. Eating well is easy and fun.
