Spinach saute
Equipment
- 1 large pan
Ingredients
- 1 kg spinach very well washed and rinsed
- 1 large onion
- olive oil extra virgin
- salt and pepper
- chilli pepper
Instructions
- First, wash and rinse spinach very well and chop in small pieces.Spinach must be dry, this is importantThen cut your onion julienne style.
- Put the onion in your pan with olive oil and stir. Until it is fairly cooked. I use a little hot water so that it is not fried but cooked.Add your spinach and stir until it is cooked.
- Add salt and pepper and serve with a little olive oil and chilli pepper on top.
Notes
You can enjoy this dish warm or cold the other day. I enjoy eating this alone or as a side dish to fish or meat.
