Who I am

Hi, I am Yasemin, and I am from Istanbul.

After I graduated from the University of Hartford, Connecticut, I moved to Romania where I am currently living with my husband and my two beautiful daughters.

My journey with healthy eating began when I felt sick after my second pregnancy. I was feeling tired and depressed all the time. After three exhausting years, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto disease.

Even if I was feeling slightly better with the treatment, I did not feel quite myself and my doctor told me I might have insulin resistance.

My condition made me realize that how we live and eat has a huge impact on our health, so I started making drastic changes in my life.

I stopped eating sugar and all kind of processed food. I started to pay attention to my body’s needs and I began to exercise on a regular basis. The results came quickly and were amazing!

Because my interest in healthy eating was growing more and more, I took a diploma at INN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), one of the best schools in this domain, and I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

It was an amazing journey and I thought that because I was able to help myself, I could help others as well showing them how to make healthy life choices and this way gain back health and quality of life.

Primary food

Being healthy is not just about the food on your plate; it’s about the water you drink, the air you breathe, the love in your life, how much you exercise, whether you have a fulfilling career and spiritual practice, and so on. Primary food and the food you eat should be looked at together rather than separately.

Holistic view

We do not focus primarily on nutrition.

We see health holistically, including not only our minds and bodies but also our spirituality and sense of belonging.

That's why we support individuals with a variety of different lifestyle choices.


There is no one right diet that works for everyone. As each person is unique, we focus on the individual, in other words on you.

We encourage you to trust your body and explore what works best for you.
