Persimmon and chia seeds pudding
Equipment
- 1 jar
Ingredients
- 1 tsp tahini
- 2 wallnuts
- 1 persimmon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- cinnamon
- walnut
Instructions
- First layer: Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds with cinnamon, walnuts and yoghurt. Wait 15 minutes for chia seeds to grow.
- Second layer: Mix the persimmon with the rest of the chia seeds and wait again for chia seeds. Add to the fist layer in the jar.
- Third layer: Add tahini and walnuts on top.
