Persimmon and chia seeds pudding

Delicious. a healthy dessert with my favourite fruit. Do it, easy to make.

Persimmon and chia seeds pudding

Prep Time 15 minutes
Course Dessert


  • 1 jar


  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 2 wallnuts
  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • cinnamon
  • walnut


  • First layer: Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds with cinnamon, walnuts and yoghurt. Wait 15 minutes for chia seeds to grow.
  • Second layer: Mix the persimmon with the rest of the chia seeds and wait again for chia seeds. Add to the fist layer in the jar.
  • Third layer: Add tahini and walnuts on top.


And here is your delicious and healthy pudding.
