Muffin with oatmeal
Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking tray for muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 cup oatmeal flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp bake powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- First whip the eggs. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well. Pour vinegar to your bake powder to activate it and add to your mixture.
- Then add the dry ingredients. Mix and wait 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture equally to muffin cups and bake at 160 degrees.
